chore: point AI coding agents to llms.txt and Camel MCP server
Add a quick-link bar and AI agent paragraph to README.adoc, mirroring what
was done for the main apache/camel README in PR #27743.

Add a 'Start here' section at the top of AGENTS.md for AI coding assistants
that use these examples to build Camel Spring Boot applications, with links
to llms.txt, the Camel Spring Boot docs, and the Camel MCP server.

= Welcome to the Apache Camel Spring-Boot Examples

== Introduction

This project contains the various examples for working with Apache
Camel Spring Boot. The examples can be run using Maven. When using the Maven
command, Maven will attempt to download the required dependencies from a
central repository to your local repository.
View the individual example READMEs for details.

link:https://camel.apache.org/camel-spring-boot/latest/[Camel Spring Boot docs] | link:https://camel.apache.org/llms.txt[Docs for AI agents (llms.txt)] | link:https://camel.apache.org/manual/camel-jbang-mcp.html[Camel MCP server]

AI coding assistants can read Camel documentation as Markdown: link:https://camel.apache.org/llms.txt[llms.txt] indexes it, and each documentation page is available as Markdown by replacing `.html` with `.md` in its URL.
Apache Camel also provides an link:https://camel.apache.org/manual/camel-jbang-mcp.html[MCP server] so AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini CLI) get full Camel catalog context — component URIs, endpoint options, and more.

=== Executing

Master branch should only be used for development purposes, which will be pointing
to the SNAPSHOT version of the next release.

To execute the examples, checkout into the tag for the latest release. For example:

`$ git checkout tags/camel-spring-boot-examples-4.0.0`

Then, install the root pom:

`$ mvn install`

After that, you should be able to execute the examples following each example's
readme's instructions.
